Brain Holiday

I guess my brain took a holiday, lol. I do hope it had a fun holiday because I did not. As you probably can imagine, there were a few people who are closest to me who were very worried sick. But as you can see, their faith and hard work had got me back. However yet again, just not as back as I was before, I have to do things a little slower now, need t however most of all practice some more of that patience.

It is a little humorous in a way that modern science has not caught up to me. How long can I wait? I was a miracle at the age of five. Now that I am 32, I think it is time they got their act in gear don't you agree? Miracles get tired too, after a while, come on.

Oh well, I am patient and doing my best in waiting for that medical community to catch up with me. I'm not going anywhere any time soon, don't worry. Hope everything is all right there.

Order a Headache

What is order? If it is taken to seriously it could be seen as a prison unconsciously by the person. It could lead to other lacks in abundance, lack of focus to celebrate life daily and to find daily joys. This could possibly lead to a projection of unusual thoughts leading to a mental breakdown if not carefully tended to.
A person who projects such thoughts may not even know that they are doing so and thus continue until confronted. This confrontation has to be of as much peaceful intent as possible to cause the least harm as possible to either the person or another.

Changing Brain

The brain is a very powerful and wondrous machine. Too bad we don’t have a clue how it works. However if we knew, we would probably manipulate it and do some things that we are famous for doing, thus creating havoc within it.

Every brain has more energy then we know. They may have unique tendencies of relaxation as well. However their commonalities far exceed their differences.

They all share a common structure. However some may exceed others in size or strength of attributes.

The greatest ability we have to change with is our brain. It has the most energy, which is ever known to be possible. The human brain, or any brain for that matter, could always break all rules that we set against it

Brain

The greatest ability we have to change with, is our brain. It has the most energy, that is ever known to be possible. The human brain, or any brain for that matter, could always break all rules that we set against it.

It has the most energy, but the heart is necessary to guide the actions, that is ever known to be possible. The human brain, or any brain for that matter, are always on a new voyage, which could always break all the rules that we set against it.

It is just so difficult sometimes to, realize which rules to trust. No matter, what, you have to be patient and calm with anything; and everyone you rules, or you cannot get through your day, as a full success. Please; please, trust, or comment or something may occur.

Intellectuals are Stupid

Intellect is just an aspect of intelligence. Intelligence does not necessarily come with intellect. It is pseudo and false when regarded as intelligence. Intellect is just ‘babble’ without courage, valuable experience, discernment, and the openness of the heart that leads to self knowing. Intellect has significantly been replaced by ‘right use of information on the computer’. Intellect is given far greater value by our ‘robot institutions’ known as ‘Universities’ than deserving.

Intellect is merely a slave to intelligence, and little more. The intellect doesn’t love or have authentic compassion but sits in the head often justifying and admiring itself. Intelligence take great courage to venture into the unknown. Intellect is a coward that has limited purpose but thinks it to be the end all.
Intellect is ‘flat’ and has little creative qualities without the courage to continue finding the personal truths in life. Intellect seeks to accumulate gifts to itself while ignoring or avoiding the conscience of the heart. The intellect is too stupid to see all dimensions of life, living for itself with little regard for the necessity of melting compassionately with others in life.

To love with all your brain will quickly create discord if the heart is not fully engaged. When the ‘brain conjures up wants’ to serve primal desires, it runs into obstacles that it seeks only to go around to serve it’s shallow hunger. The intellect without the complement of the whole being, is a cripple that merely struts itself as something it is not - intelligent! Truth hides from all falseness in plain sight. Intellect runs out of gas without pumped in intelligence. Intelligence relies on the courage to learn from the unknown with discernment to see the best way to serve a harmonious and loving result.

Loving the intellect with limited intelligence is to ignore the depths of intelligence! Intelligence seeks ways to passionately find self love and knowing the ‘self’. No sense in dying having only ‘shadow boxed’ with intelligence. Keep looking within to find what’s really at the end of a rainbow.

Mental exlax

Exlax treats short-term symptoms of constipation. The mind is generally constipated with thoughts and memories that block letting go and opening the heart. The mind is a computer that thinks it is the real you so much so that few think otherwise. The real you is excited about everything that the mind sees inside you. Drugs and denial may treat short term symptoms of looping mental constipation but contribute to long term mental chaotic ‘log jams’ of endless discomfort.

Letting go and seeking a meditative state will begin to act as a disposal of unwanted garbage in the brain/mind. We either are in some degree of self love or self hatred. A combination of the two pollutes or denies access to the love deep within resulting in a ‘mishmash’ that equates to ‘self hatred’. Self hatred creates unhealthy reactionary anger that bubbles up frequently when not called for (anger with sensitivity for all involved may be a necessary release mechanism, and healthy).

Most people have a ‘tube’ called a ‘neck’ going from the brain/mind to the heart. Often the pent up ‘rif raf’ in the mind only travels 3 or 4 inches out the mouth in various forms of ‘non solutions’ rather than down the neck into the heart. Sending negative matter to the heart with the head clinging on to it will just backfire into a more embedded poison that will carry on for perhaps years, and even death. Suicide bombers are filled with poison, anger and hatred. Self love is poisoned or unavailable in the presence of internal negativity. Meditation slowly acts as an ‘exlax’ to loosen the ‘flotsam’ obstructing the mind of love, or even common sense.

The heart is a converter of ‘trash in the brain’ creating compassion and ‘feel good emotions’ IF the mind has been loosened up by right thinking and some form of relaxation which can be referred to as meditating for a relaxing state of meditation. It’s starts with a simple decision that anyone can make to stop and alter courses to bring in the positive while letting go of the negative. The best doctor to see what’s going on is often the sensitive self. The heart, with the help of the ‘loosened mind’ that ‘lets go’ and sends negative things to the heart, will find love sending back signals to the mind to send down more junk that the mind is attached to. The heart will process and clean up attachments to obstruction to love. All resources collected through the ages in the form of many varied meditations to choose from can be found in Osho’s book of meditations.

Can you be Quiet?

See how you experience yourself as you attempt to be still, just sitting with yourself, in silence. There is no need to try to meditate or anything else, just take a few minutes -- planned minutes -- to simply sit quietly. Or, turn you car radio off on the drive today, even just for a few minutes, and notice how it feels. Notice as you do this, how it is for you. You may just find, as I did, that you don't know YOU, and you can't be WITH yourself, alone and in silence.

If you find the experience too unsettling, stop. There is no need to force an unpleasant experience upon yourself. But again, notice that it was unpleasant and realize the gift that comes in that unpleasantness. The gift is the experience, because you now know yourself a little better. If you wish to continue working toward being peaceful in your stillness, take small steps. Try a few minutes each day, or keep the radio off in the car a bit longer each day. Eventually you will discover that you make it all the way home one day without turning the radio on, in silence with yourself. Turn off the noise and awaken to you.

Scientists Unravel Mysteries of Intelligence

By Amanda Gardner

FRIDAY, Feb. 26 (HealthDay News) -- It's not a particular brain region that makes someone smart or not smart.

Nor is it the strength and speed of the connections throughout the brain or such features as total brain volume.

Instead, new research shows, it's the connections between very specific areas of the brain that determine intelligence and often, by extension, how well someone does in life.

"General intelligence actually relies on a specific network inside the brain, and this is the connections between the gray matter, or cell bodies, and the white matter, or connecting fibers between neurons," said Jan Glascher, lead author of a paper appearing in this week's issue of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. "General intelligence relies on the connection between the frontal and the parietal [situated behind the frontal] parts of the brain."

The results weren't entirely unexpected, said Keith Young, vice chairman of research in psychiatry and behavioral science at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in Temple, but "it is confirmation of the idea that good communication between various parts of brain are very important for this generalized intelligence."

General intelligence is an abstract notion developed in 1904 that has always been somewhat controversial.
"People noticed a long time ago that, in general, people who are good test-takers did well in a lot of different subjects," explained Young. "If you're good in mathematics, you're also usually good in English. Researchers came up with this idea that this represented a kind of overall intelligence."

"General intelligence is this notion that smart people tend to be smart across all different kinds of domains," added Glascher, who is a postdoctoral fellow in the department of humanities and social sciences at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena.

Hoping to learn more, the authors located 241 patients who had some sort of brain lesion. They then diagrammed the location of their lesions and had them take IQ tests.

"We took patients who had damaged parts of their brain, tested them on intelligence to see where they were good and where they were bad, then we correlated those scores across all the patients with the location of the brain lesions," Glascher explained. "That way, you can highlight the areas that are associated with reduced performance on these tests which, by the reverse inference, means these areas are really important for general intelligence."

"These studies infer results based on the absence of brain tissue," added Paul Sanberg, distinguished professor of neurosurgery and director of the University of South Florida Center for Aging and Brain Repair in Tampa. "It allows them to systemize and pinpoint areas important to intelligence."

Young said the findings echo what's come before. "The map they came up with was what we expected and involves areas of the cortex we thought would be involved -- the parietal and frontal cortex. They're important for language and mathematics," he said.

In an earlier study, the same team of investigators found that this brain network was also important for working memory, "the ability to hold a certain number of items [in your mind]," Glascher said. "In the past, people have associated general intelligence very strongly with enhanced working memory capacity so there's a close theoretical connection with that."
